Accessing the Library building safely

One way sign asking people to keep their distance

A one-way system is in operation in the Library building. Once you're beyond the security barriers, please follow the one-way route, which is marked with directional signage and arrows on the floor (and on the floor plans, below.) To reach the upper floors, please use the central staircase. To come back down, you will need to use the staircase behind the lifts. Lifts are available for those who require them - one person per lift.

You are encouraged to wear a face covering when moving around the building - unless you are exempt. You may remove your face covering whilst seated.

Library study space

It is no longer necessary to book a study space in the Library - you may enter with your Campus Card and use any vacant seat. You may pre-book the Group Study rooms on the first floor using the widget below.
