Food product development resources guide: Home

This guide draws together resources and support for students on the FB3NPD module.

Reading list

A few suggested books have been included in this guide, but for a more comprehensive list of books, articles and other documents take a look at the reading list for this module:

Useful books

Starting points for your research

The following databases cover most aspects of food product development and are a good starting point for your research. See also the specific resources listed under each tab in this guide.

Summon

Search Summon using the box below to find online journal articles, book chapters, standards and other publications covered by the Library's subscriptions. You should be able to access everything you find on Summon.

Enterprise

The Enterprise catalogue is a good starting point for finding books on a topic. Keep your search quite general, as you are searching just the titles of books.

Other key databases

These databases will take you beyond the Library's collections. See also the more specialist resources listed under each of the tabs in this guide.

Literature searching support
