Languages and Cultures: Home

A guide to finding information in Languages and Cultures. Includes links to key resources and sources of help.

Welcome to the Languages and Cultures guide. Use the tabs above to explore resources in this subject.

Most of the Languages and Cultures books are on the 3rd and 4th Floors of the Library. You'll find books in this subject in both the 'Books' and 'Large books' sections, the catalogue will indicate in which section a book is located.

We also have a wide range of e-books and e-journals relating to Languages and Cultures, as well as a strong selection of foreign language DVDs. See the Books and Journal articles tabs above for more information.

If the book that you need is only available in the University Library, please contact Kim to find out if an electronic version can be purchased or accessed. We may be able to get hold of books through a range of difference routes, but this will depend on the book - so please get in touch to ask if you need a book that you cannot read online: k.coles@reading.ac.uk
