Lunar atlases and maps of Mars and Mercury
Link page to maps of the moon, all from the NASA funded Lunar and Planetary Institute. The Lunar Orbiter Photographic Atlas of the Moon (LOPAM) is a digital archive of 675 images taken as part of the Lunar Orbiter programme. For accuracy and usability surface feature information has been improved and updated, and multiple search capabilities added to the database. The Consolidated Lunar Atlas (CLA) contains the best photographs of the Moon taken from land-based telescopes, showing the Moon under a wide variety of illumination conditions. The Apollo Image Atlas (AIA) contains photographic images of the moon taken as part of the Apollo Program. They include surface and orbital views. The Lunar Map Catalog indexes 5 map series of the Moon, at scales ranging from 1:250 000 to 1:10 000 000. There are also maps of Mars and Mercury.
